Education:
Engineering degree in Mechanical or Electrical fields.
- Minimum
10 years
of experience in PFMEA, Design for Manufacturing , Proto build,
Change Configuration Management Process Creation, Workstation Ergonomics Study, VSM BOM.
- Proficiency in Process Engineering, writing manufacturing work instructions, line balancing.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP for BOM, Routings, and Configuration follow-up.
- Knowledge of Quality, EHS standards, and Ergonomics.
- Familiarity with CAD and PLM tools (e.g., CATIA, DELMIA) and IS common tools.
- Strong expertise in Process FMEA, QRQC, and manufacturing line design and layout creation.
- Ability to lead and manage teams to ensure all industrial deliverables are met.
- Experience in new product development is a plus.
Your future role
- Take on a new challenge and apply your manufacturing and process engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. You ll work alongside collaborative, forward-thinking, and solution-oriented teammates.
- Youll play a pivotal role in defining the manufacturing processes and associated equipment for new products while ensuring industrial deliverables are met. Day-to-day, you ll work closely with teams across the business (Product Design Engineers, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Industrial Quality, and others), lead cross-functional teams to identify risks and solutions, and much more.
- You ll specifically take care of industrial documentation, process validation, and manufacturing workload estimation, but also support production to achieve manufacturing QCD targets.
We ll look to you for:
- Gathering and explaining industrial requirements to Engineering during product specification and design phases.
- Collaborating with Engineering in co-designing products and processes using standard methodologies.
- Designing macro-processes and preparing for the introduction of new technologies.
- Identifying critical process steps and conducting detailed Process FMEAs.
- Developing specifications for industrial means and validating product designs through FAR and FAI.
- Supporting production teams post-serial Go and contributing to industrial retrofits after engineering changes.
