Project Engineer

• A Project Engineer manages the technical aspects of engineering projects, bridging design and execution to ensure completion on time, within budget, and to quality standards by planning, coordinating resources, overseeing tasks, managing stakeholders (clients, teams, contractors), preparing reports, and troubleshooting technical issues. Key duties include defining project scope, developing schedules, controlling costs, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering technical solutions from concept to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning & Design: Develop project objectives, specifications, and plans; determine resource needs.

• Coordination: Act as a liaison between designers, workers, clients, and suppliers; manage project phases and personnel.

• Execution: Oversee technical tasks, monitor progress, conduct site visits, and resolve technical problems.

• Budget & Schedule: Control costs, prepare estimates, and maintain project timelines.

• Quality & Safety: Ensure compliance with regulations, safety codes, and quality standards; perform risk assessments.

• Reporting: Prepare status reports, cost analyses, and documentation for management and clients.
