Role Description

Prepare detailed project execution plans, layouts, and timelines.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
Perform design review, site surveys, feasibility studies, and load analysis.
Support in preparation of BOQ, material selection, and vendor evaluation.
Supervise installation, commissioning, and testing of solar PV systems.
Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and client representatives.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and project specifications.
Conduct quality inspections and resolve on-site technical issues.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly project progress reports.
Highlight risks, delays, and suggest corrective actions.

Qualifications

Experience in the Solar Industry, including Solar Power and Solar Systems
Proficiency in PV Design and Electrical Design
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
Experience in project management is a plus
