Windows Server Technologies, Building new Servers, Deploying servers

Domain Controllers

Some knowledge of BICEP or other Infrastructure as code technologies

Exposure to Email Migration, On prem to M365, or Tenant to Tenant migrations with tools like migration Wiz or manually

Email Filtering technologies like Mimecast

M365 MDM and Intune configuration

Autopilot Deployment etc.

M365 Security

Azure Knowledge , Maintaining and deploying infrastructure into Azure

Certificates

any of the following certifications or higher

Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)

Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD-102) or

Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-102)

Microsoft Windows Server (AZ-800, AZ-801)

They need to be Self starters, be able to think of their feet and Agile
