Job Profile: “Project Engineer”

Job Location : Navi Mumbai

Experience required : 1 years – 5 years

Required Qualification: Diploma/ BE. B Tech.

• Specifically from ELV Industry.
• Good Experience in CCTV, Access Control, FAS, Fire Fighting Systems.

Responsibilities:

Project Execution: May execute projects at multiple sites by establishing schedules for each of the projects assigned or may work on a single large project. Executes required work to complete installation and commissioning (if required) of assigned systems / projects using the services of the Site Engrs / Installation Engrs. & contractors.

Project Monitoring: Coordinates with the Engineering team, and Service functions to ensure that the projects are completed within the assigned time frame. Works along with Design & Engineering team while they are Performing system commissioning including loading software programs, facilitates conduct of customer training on system operation and maintenance requirements.

Project Completion & Handover: Communicates with customer representatives regarding the schedule and progress of project(s) to maintain a close working relationship. Responsible to attend all site meetings on the assigned projects.

Project Documentation: Maintains all documentation regarding projects including changes, additions, deletions and as-built drawings. Processes all change orders required. Completes documentation for all job site visits, ensures technicians and subcontractors provide daily documentation for all work performed. Weekly project photos & status update to customer

Billing & Collections: Works along with the Accounts & Sales personnel in the collection of payments for the assigned projects.

Inspect/verify material deliveries as per approval, Purchase orders

Develop skills in the execution vendors, train to their technicians

• Manage project closeout and obtain all warranties required for final acceptance
