Project Engineer

Project engineer manages the technical aspects and overall progress of an engineering project from conception to completion, ensuring it stays on time, within budget, and meets quality standards. Key responsibilities include detailed project planning, coordinating with design and execution teams, managing resources and budgets, solving technical problems, conducting site inspections, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, and communicating progress to stakeholders.   Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Strategy: Develop detailed project plans, scopes, and timelines.  Establish project objectives, performance standards, and procedures.  Create and manage project budgets and cost estimates.  Team & Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, vendors, and clients.  Organize team meetings to track progress and resolve issues.  Ensure smooth communication and information flow among all project participants.  Technical Oversight & Problem-Solving: Review and approve technical designs and engineering plans.  Provide on-site technical support and conduct inspections.  Troubleshoot complex technical problems and implement solutions.  Quality & Safety Management: Monitor and ensure compliance with safety codes, regulations, and company standards.  Verify adherence to quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) policies.  Resource & Schedule Management: Manage the procurement of necessary tools, materials, and resources.  Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to schedules.  Reporting & Communication: Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to management and clients.  Maintain all project documentation and records.
