Construction Manager - Steel/Composite Structures (EPC/PMC Projects)
Experience: Minimum 15 Years
Education: Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

We are looking for a seasoned Construction Manager with extensive experience in steel and composite structure construction within large-scale EPC or PMC projects . The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the execution of all construction activities on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities for steel and composite structures , ensuring timely and safe execution.
• Lead the site team, including subcontractors, engineers, supervisors, and safety officers.
• Interface with design, procurement, and project management teams to align construction plans with project requirements.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications, ensuring all construction works adhere to design and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules, manpower plans, and resource requirements.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and enforce safety protocols across the site.
• Manage site logistics, equipment, materials, and labor to optimize productivity.
• Conduct daily/weekly progress reviews and submit reports to senior management.
• Identify and mitigate construction risks, delays, or conflicts.
• Manage subcontractor performance and evaluate work quality and progress.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities to ensure alignment with project goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications Experience:

• Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction management, particularly in steel and composite structures .
• Proven track record in managing large EPC or PMC industrial/infrastructure projects (Oil Gas, Power Plants, Airports, Bridges, etc.).
• Deep understanding of structural steel erection, composite decking, and modular systems.
• Familiarity with international codes and construction standards (ACI, AISC, BS, ASTM, etc.).
