Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage HR generalist activities, including recruitment, joining formalities, leave administration, and onboarding.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of HR operations.
Handle employee queries and provide support for resolving issues related to payroll processing, benefits management, and other HR-related matters.
Maintain accurate records of employee data and perform regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, collecting and verifying previous employment documents.
Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to HR Manager.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 3-5 Years of Experience in HR field.
Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
Prior experience in the Construction industry is a plus.
