Key Responsibilities End-to-end Talent Acquisition for Software, Hardware, Network Support, and Admin roles. Manage candidate sourcing, screening, HR interviews, salary negotiation, and offer rollouts . Maintain accurate HRIS/HRMS records , employee files, and HR documentation. Coordinate attendance, leave management, payroll inputs , and HR reports. Conduct onboarding, induction, and pre-joining documentation for new hires. Drive employee engagement initiatives , internal communication, and culture-building activities. Assist with PF, ESIC, Gratuity , and statutory compliance documentation. Support performance management , confirmation reviews, and appraisal coordination. Manage exit processes , exit interviews, F&F coordination, and relieving documentation. Role & Responsibilities Serve as a HR Generalist handling recruitment, HR operations, compliance, and employee lifecycle management. Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, ensuring timely resolution. Implement company HR policies, SOPs, procedures , and support audits. Work closely with Software, Hardware, and Network teams to address manpower needs. Ensure smooth coordination between HR, Administration, and Department Heads. Prepare HR letters Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Increment, Warning , etc. Preferred Candidate Profile Graduate / MBA (HR) with 2–5 years of HR experience . Strong exposure to IT/Software/Hardware/Networking recruitment preferred. Hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, HRIS, and Compliance . Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HR tools/HRMS portals. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Process-oriented, detail-focused, and capable of handling multiple HR functions efficiently. Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
