Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Project Director - Pre-primary role at India LEARN. The Project Director will lead the design and execution of pre-primary curriculum and educational resources aligned with national standards. Responsibilities include managing a team of educators and content developers, overseeing project timelines, ensuring quality control, coordinating collaboration with stakeholders, and driving innovation in early childhood education practices. The individual will also play a crucial role in developing strategies to enhance the impact of pre-primary learning initiatives.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in curriculum development for early childhood education, with knowledge of NEP, NCP, or ECCE guidelines.
Strong project management skills, including team leadership, planning, and timely project delivery.
Proficiency in educational research, data analysis, and strategy development to drive impactful learning solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and review high-quality educational content.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and foster teamwork in a remote or virtual environment.
Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering lifelong learning in young learners.
Master’s degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
