Role Description

India LEARN is seeking a full-time School Principal (Academics) for an on-site role located in Patna. The Principal will oversee academic planning, curriculum implementation, and ensure adherence to educational standards. Responsibilities include supporting teachers, guiding instructional practices, monitoring classroom effectiveness, and fostering an engaging learning environment. The Principal will collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to ensure an optimal learning experience for middle school students. A focus on maintaining academic excellence and leadership within the school is paramount.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Curriculum Development to design and implement effective academic programs.
• Strong Educational Leadership skills to manage and support teachers, programs, and overall school operations.
• Exceptional Communication skills to collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in managing and improving Middle School education and teaching strategies.
• Background in Education, with a focus on progressive learning practices and adherence to national standards.
• Postgraduate degree in Education or a related field, along with relevant certifications in school leadership or administration.
• Proven experience in a leadership or administrative role in the education sector.
• Passion for education and a commitment to fostering student and teacher growth.
