Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Curriculum Development Manager for Environmental Studies (EVS), you will be tasked with designing and developing research-based, age-appropriate curriculum for pre-primary learners. Your responsibilities include incorporating national education standards, collaborating with educators and design teams, conducting training for teachers, and ensuring effective implementation of the curriculum. You will also manage curriculum-related projects and monitor their progress.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Curriculum Development and Instructional Design
• Experience in Training & Development and delivering effective training sessions for educators
• Proficiency in Training and Program Management to oversee curriculum implementation and meet project goals
• Strong understanding of NEP, NCP, and ECCE standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with a base location in New Delhi
• Relevant educational qualifications, such as a degree in Education, Curriculum Design, or a related field
• Familiarity with early childhood education methodologies is a plus
