Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Intern in Primary Curriculum Development (Literacy). The Intern will assist in designing pre-primary literacy curriculum materials and lesson plans, conducting research to ensure content alignment with educational standards, and analyzing teaching methods to improve learning outcomes. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the curriculum team, incorporating innovative pedagogical strategies, and reviewing content for accuracy and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to align content with national education standards.
• Experience or interest in curriculum development, literacy education, and instructional design.
• Content writing, proofreading, and editing skills with attention to detail and quality.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within a team-oriented environment.
• A passion for early childhood education and supporting the development of young learners.
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Education, English, Early Childhood Studies, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote work environment.
• Knowledge of NEP, NCP, and ECCE standards is an advantage.
