We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator – Civil to support the planning, coordination, and execution of road construction projects. The ideal candidate will assist project managers and site engineers to ensure timely delivery, resource planning, documentation, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities for road and highway construction works.
* Track daily progress and prepare reports on work status, materials, manpower, and equipment usage.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials.
* Maintain all project documentation including drawings, work permits, site instructions, and logs.
* Liaise between site teams and office teams for smooth communication and project flow.
* Monitor site safety practices and escalate non-compliance issues.
* Support in preparing DPRs (Daily Progress Reports), MPRs (Monthly Progress Reports), and client submissions.
* Assist with quantity take-offs, bill verification, and coordination for measurements.
* Maintain project tracking tools, update schedules, and assist in preparing invoices and work certifications.
* Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and contract terms.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
* 2–5 years of experience in road construction or infrastructure projects, preferably with a contractor.
* Strong understanding of road layers (subgrade, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC), drawings, and execution techniques.
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with AutoCAD and project management tools is a plus.
* Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and travel to project sites as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with government or NHAI road projects.
* Knowledge of MORTH specifications and quality control procedures.
* Familiarity with ERP software or site management tools.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
