Twist N Turns is a well-established dance studio dedicated to promoting quality dance education across a wide range of styles — both national and international. We take pride in fostering a professional, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment for all our students and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the project and ensure seamless execution of all activities.
• Conduct and oversee different types of class sessions or training modules as required.
• Execute plans with positivity, ownership, and within deadlines.
• Mentor students and guide them in alignment with the project’s vision and TNT’s core values.
• Collect and evaluate feedback to continuously improve the student learning experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and relevant organizations to promote TNT.
• Manage and handle social media platforms fluently to support outreach and branding efforts.

Required Skills & Attributes

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written); Hindi preferred.
• Proactive and result-oriented mindset.
• Social media savvy with good communication and engagement sense.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the following areas:
• 1. Management
• 2. Coordination & Execution
• 3. Customer Relationship Management
• 4. Social Media Management

Work Schedule

• Days: 6 Days a Week
• Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Location: On-site
