Project Coordinator/Manager

Key Responsibilities

● Coordinate and manage multiple marketing projects across teams and timelines.

● Handle daily communication flow between creative, content, design, and leadership teams. ● Manage Zoho Projects/Zoho CRM or similar platforms for task assignment and tracking.

● Maintain structured Google Drive folders, internal documents, and client trackers.

● Organize briefs, feedback loops, and version control of all creative and strategy assets.

● Monitor project milestones, raise flags on delays, and ensure timely delivery.

● Prepare basic reports, status updates, and dashboards for leadership and clients. Who You Are

● 1.5 – 2.5 years of experience in a creative/advertising/digital agency.

● Strong project management mindset – organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven.

● Comfortable using Zoho, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), and basic task tracking tools.

● Excellent communication skills (written + verbal).

● Understanding of how agency processes work creative workflows, revisions, client briefs.

● Bonus: Experience handling campaign timelines and collaborating with design/content teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
