Emulsion & solar marketing

As a Strategic Marketing Manager for our Bitumen Emulsion and Solar Battery product lines, you will be responsible for leading marketing initiatives to drive business growth in the construction and renewable energy sectors. Your deep expertise in B2B marketing will be crucial in developing tailored marketing strategies, conducting market research, and aligning marketing initiatives with cross-functional teams to enhance market share. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing marketing strategies for both product lines, identifying new business opportunities, planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, and managing the company's website for lead generation and customer engagement. You will also collaborate with the sales team to provide high-quality marketing collateral and drive B2B marketing campaigns to support large contract acquisition and strategic partnerships. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in bitumen, construction materials, or solar energy. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule in Dharwad, Karnataka. Sales & marketing experience in Emulsion & solar marketing for at least 1 year is required.
