Job Title: Project Coordinator (with Technical Background)

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive

Project Coordinator

with strong experience in project management and a

basic technical development background

. The ideal candidate should be able to manage project timelines, communicate with clients, coordinate with the development team, and independently handle

small technical tasks or minor fixes

without relying on developers.This role requires excellent communication, strong ownership, comfort with agile methods, and solid command of tools like

Jira

, Notion, Trello, or similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities

📌 Project Coordination & Management

Coordinate end-to-end project execution, ensuring tasks are delivered on time.
Break down client requirements into actionable tasks for the development team.
Maintain sprint boards, workflows, and tracking using Jira.
Schedule daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure proper documentation of tasks, requirements, and milestones.
Identify project risks, delays, or blockers and escalate proactively.

📌 Client Communication

Act as a bridge between clients and the internal tech team.
Gather, understand, and interpret requirements clearly.
Provide progress updates, demos, and status reports to clients.
Manage expectations regarding timelines, scope, and deliverables.

📌 Technical Understanding

Ability to understand basic frontend or backend workflows (React/Node preferred but not mandatory).
Fix minor bugs or small UI changes independently (e.g., styling fixes, text edits, small API adjustments).
Assist developers by preparing technical briefs and understanding acceptance criteria.
Support QA team in reviewing small changes and verifying functionality.
