Job Description

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Min Experience: 1 yearsJobType: full-timeThe Project Coordinator will support end-to-end execution of geospatial, LiDAR, drone, and engineering survey projects. This role focuses on coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking progress, managing documentation, facilitating data approvals, and ensuring timely deliverables and billing in line with project timelines.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of project execution plans, schedules, and task assignments.
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities across field teams, data processing, QA/QC, CAD, and reporting functions.
  • Maintain daily and weekly project trackers to monitor progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Manage and organize project documentation, including DPRs, logs, QA/QC records, and data registers.
  • Facilitate submission of raw data, processed outputs, and final deliverables to clients.
  • Track client feedback, coordinate revisions, and ensure timely approvals of submitted data.
  • Assist with billing and invoicing processes by preparing measurement sheets, progress reports, and submission logs.
  • Coordinate with clients to share progress updates, align schedules, and obtain deliverable sign-offs.
  • Identify project risks and issues, track resolutions, and support timely closure.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • On-time completion of project milestones and deliverables.
  • Accuracy, completeness, and consistency of project documentation.
  • Timely billing and reduced delays in invoice approvals.
  • High levels of client satisfaction and positive feedback.
  • Improved internal coordination, efficiency, and reduced rework.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geomatics, GIS, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Prior exposure to LiDAR, drone surveys, GIS, CAD, or engineering project environments is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, Google Workspace, and project documentation tools.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities
