Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with excellent communication and organizational skills, eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities -

Assist in planning and coordinating project activities and schedules
Help manage project documentation including reports, meeting notes, and schedules
Communicate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
Support the Project Manager in monitoring project progress and updating stakeholders
Participate in meetings and prepare summaries/action points
Help coordinate resources, equipment, and information for projects
Identify and report any project issues or delays

Required Skills & Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of management tools such as Trello, Asana, Jira, or MS Project
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn

Experience - 1- 2 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.46 - ₹25,000.77 per month
