Project Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of IT and software projects. This is a non technical role (good if personal is technical though) focused on execution, scheduling, communication, and keeping the delivery team on track. You will collaborate closely with project/program managers, delivery leads, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day coordination of project delivery activities.

Track progress against timelines, and follow up with team members on tasks and deadlines.

Schedule and manage team meetings, sprint reviews, demos, and client calls.

Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and documentation.

Ensure project updates, status reports, and meeting notes are completed and shared.

Escalate risks, delays, or dependencies to the Project/Delivery Manager.

Coordinate with internal teams (development, QA, UI/UX) to ensure alignment.

Act as a central point of contact for communication across project teams and stakeholders.

Assist in onboarding new team members and setting up tools or access.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

5-10 years of experience coordinating IT/Software Development projects.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.

Proficient in tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Teams, Zoom, Slack.

Basic familiarity with project management tools (e. g. , Jira, Confluence, Asana etc).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.

Preferred (but not mandatory):
Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).

Experience working with remote or distributed teams.

Familiarity with delivery tools like Confluence, GitHub (for tracking, not technical use).
