Job Description – Project Coordinator

Location: Remote / Flexible
Shift: Predominantly Australian shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM IST with flexibility)
Reporting To: Vice President – Customer Excellence

Hyper-Revamp is a one-stop digital solutions provider helping businesses build, grow, and modernize their digital presence. Our expertise spans across branding, performance marketing, digital marketing, SEO, paid campaigns, website modernization, and mobile app development.

We are looking for a Project Coordinator who will play a key role in ensuring seamless project execution, client communication, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary coordinator between internal teams and clients to ensure timely project delivery.
• Handle day-to-day project tasks, monitor progress, and escalate issues when needed.
• Update CRM systems regularly to maintain accurate project and client information.
• Prepare and share daily progress reports with leadership and weekly reports with customers.
• Assist the VP of Customer Excellence in managing workflows, client expectations, and team alignment.
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure tasks are completed within timelines and quality standards.
• Support project documentation, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
• Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in business, communications, or related field).
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, customer success, or related roles.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work across teams with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in tools such as CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and project management software.

Good-to-Have Skills (Preferred but not mandatory)

• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals.
• Awareness of Website Development & Design processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
