Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Coordinator who can serve as the operational backbone for creative and marketing projects at MCC. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth planning, workflow management, team coordination, and timely delivery of projects. Acting as the link between the creative team, strategy team, vendors, and clients, your job is to keep everyone aligned and everything on track.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and excellent at multi-tasking — with a deep appreciation for design, branding, and content-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

• Work with project leads to plan timelines, deliverables, and resource needs
• Coordinate between internal teams (design, copy, strategy, digital, production) to keep project schedules on track
• Schedule and follow up on review meetings, client presentations, and internal checkpoints

Communication & Client Handling

• Act as a point of contact for select client accounts to communicate project progress, clarify inputs, and follow up on approvals
• Ensure that briefs, revisions, and final outputs are communicated clearly and efficiently across all stakeholders

Task & Workflow Management

• Maintain project trackers, manage daily task lists, and update project management tools
• Escalate delays or bottlenecks to appropriate team leads or leadership
• Coordinate with external vendors (printers, photographers, developers, etc.) to ensure on-time service delivery

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare timelines, meeting minutes, and project update reports
• Ensure documentation of briefs, revisions, approvals, and file versions for every assignment
• Support invoicing and billing coordination related to project milestones

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mass Communication, Design Management, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a creative, media, or marketing agency
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic project management tools (Trello, Notion, etc.)
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
