We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and executing IT projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, infrastructure, business analysts) to track project progress.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including status reports, minutes of meetings, project plans, and trackers.
• Monitor project milestones, risks, dependencies, and escalate issues as required.
• Support resource allocation, task assignments, and follow-ups to ensure deliverables are met.
• Ensure adherence to organizational processes, compliance, and quality standards.
• Act as a point of contact between stakeholders and project teams to facilitate smooth communication.
• Assist in preparing dashboards, project updates, and presentations for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience as a Project Coordinator/Project Executive in IT projects.
• Strong understanding of IT project lifecycle (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall).
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana, or similar).
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of software development processes and IT infrastructure.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, CSM, PRINCE2 Foundation) is an added advantage.
