Role Overview

Project Coordinator Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, scheduling, and tracking project tasks and milestones
• Coordinate internal teams, meetings, follow-ups, and deliverable handoffs
• Maintain project documentation, logs, and reports (status updates, risk logs, action items)
• Communicate with stakeholders (internal teams, clients) to gather input and share updates
• Support in monitoring timelines, deadlines, resource allocation, and dependencies
• Help identify bottlenecks or issues, escalate when needed, and propose solutions
• Assist in preparing presentations, dashboards, or metrics reports
• Undertake ad hoc coordination tasks to support project success

• Strong organizational and time-management ability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Interpersonal skills — comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• MBA graduate or equivalent experience OR demonstrable experience in project coordination / management
• Basic familiarity with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello) is a plus
