To coordinate and support the smooth implementation of both offline and online classes across assigned schools across Maharashtra, ensuring quality facilitation, student engagement, timely reporting, and effective communication between field teachers, online trainers, and program volunteers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Class Coordination & Monitoring
•Oversee daily delivery of classes.
•Maintain regular check-ins with field teachers and trainers to track class status.
•Resolve scheduling issues and support team members in delivery.
•To track and coordinate with calling team for the status of children attending the classes and update the same to the volunteers in the WhatsApp group.
•Tracking the classes are scheduled through APP.
•Provide the attendance data to Senior Manager on daily basis.
2. Training & Support
•Support onboarding and orientation of new volunteers (offline/online).
•Conduct refresher trainings based on curriculum updates and class observations.
•Provide technical support for online delivery tools.
•Facilitate teacher training through Jaya
3. Content Implementation & Quality Control
•Ensure all modules are being implemented as per curriculum.
•Conduct class observations and provide feedback for improvement.
•Customize learning strategies as per regional needs.
4. Student Monitoring & Reporting
•Ensure Student Enrolment
•Review attendance and learning data submitted by teachers.
•Ensure regular updates, photos, and reports are submitted on time.
5. Stakeholder Liaison & Meetings
•Coordinate with school authorities for permissions and scheduling(for schools).
•Liaise with parents, local volunteers, and community partners.(offline ) and parents (online )
•Organize and participate in monthly meetings with program managers.
6. Documentation & Data Management
•Maintain a central tracker of class schedules, teacher deliverables, and student data.
•Present monthly progress reports and updates to the leadership team.
•Capture and share field stories, challenges, and innovations.
Skills & Competencies Required:
•Strong organizational and coordination skills
•Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
•Comfort with technology and online tools (Zoom, Google Forms, WhatsApp, LMS)
•Field experience in education or development sector preferred
•Language: Hindi; Marathi, English.
Qualifications & Experience:
•Graduate in Education, Social Work, or related field
•Minimum 2 years of experience in program coordination or teaching
•Prior experience in managing field staff or training preferred
