Monitor and perform regular servicing and maintenance of electrical and commercial refrigeration systems, hot equipments, cold room, etc. Attend breakdowns and troubleshoot issues promptly as per complaint logs. Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as provided by management. Maintain inventory of tools and equipment provided by the company. Procure required consumables in line with purchase department guidelines. Adapt to flexible duty schedules as per operational needs. Travel to outstation locations for servicing and troubleshooting as required. Support project implementation and site coordination as assigned. Participate in technical sales discussions or demos if opportunities arise. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines during service and repair work.
