Service Technician

Location: ABC, Guwahati

Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or relevant trade

Gender: Male only

Experience: Min 2-3 years experience in commercial or domestic electrical trade (or related field)

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, or replace faulty equipment across commercial and domestic setups.
• Monitor and perform regular servicing and maintenance of electrical and commercial refrigeration systems, hot equipments, cold room, etc.
• Attend breakdowns and troubleshoot issues promptly as per complaint logs.
• Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as provided by management.
• Maintain inventory of tools and equipment provided by the company.
• Procure required consumables in line with purchase department guidelines.
• Adapt to flexible duty schedules as per operational needs.
• Travel to outstation locations for servicing and troubleshooting as required.
• Support project implementation and site coordination as assigned.
• Participate in technical sales discussions or demos if opportunities arise.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines during service and repair work.
• Continuously upgrade knowledge and adapt to improvements in systems and technology.

Required Skills:

• Any additional certificate or Diploma course like Refrigeration and Air conditioning
• Hands-on experience with commercial kitchen equipment, chillers, cold rooms, refrigerators, etc.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, troubleshoot circuits, and handle electrical tools
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Physically fit and ready to travel as required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
