Job Title: Project Coordinator – Interior Designing & Execution

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage the smooth execution of our interior design projects. The role involves coordinating between clients, designers, site engineers, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely delivery, quality execution, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor all project activities from design finalization to site execution.
• Act as the bridge between design team, clients, vendors, and site team.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, timelines, and work status reports.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and track delivery/installation.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications.
• Resolve on-site issues in collaboration with designers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain proper documentation including drawings, approvals, budgets, and billing records.
• Support project managers in ensuring projects are completed within timelines and budgets.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
• Ensure safety, quality standards, and company guidelines are followed at all sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in interior design project coordination/execution (freshers with strong aptitude can be considered).
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution processes.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, project tracking tools; knowledge of AutoCAD/SketchUp is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, handle deadlines, and solve on-site challenges effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
