Project Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to manage and oversee interior projects. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an interior company and must be well-versed in handling site coordination, execution, and client communication within the interior design and execution field. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and day-to-day interior site activities Work closely with interior designers, vendors, and contractors to meet project deadlines Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and material specifications Monitor project progress, timelines, and budget constraints Maintain site reports, documentation, and client communication Handle procurement coordination and site inventory checks Ensure quality standards and safety protocols are followed at every stage Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in an interior firm Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works, materials, and site procedures Excellent coordination and communication skills Proficiency in project tracking and reporting tools Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil, or related field Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: Interior Projects: 2 years (Preferred) Project coordination: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
