Project Coordinator

As a Community Outreach Coordinator at our organization, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing community outreach activities. Your responsibilities will include: - Serving as a point of contact for beneficiaries to ensure their smooth participation in camps. - Monitoring on-ground activities, mobilizing communities, and ensuring effective engagement. - Collecting field data, maintaining records, and sharing timely reports with the project team. - Providing logistical and operational support to ensure the smooth implementation of camps and outreach activities. - Providing daily updates and timely reports to the Founder and key stakeholders. - Ensuring that multiple projects are running efficiently, meeting timelines, and achieving desired outcomes. - Liaising with team members, volunteers, and external partners to ensure project objectives are met. - Being flexible to travel to project sites as required. Skills & Competencies Required: - Self-driven and proactive with a solution-oriented mindset. - Ability to make independent decisions and take initiative. - Strong communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English. - Preference given to candidates residing along Mumbai's Western Line. - Able to manage multiple stakeholders and field operations. - Familiarity with community health/eye care projects is a bonus. Qualifications: - Graduate in Social Work/Arts/Commerce/Any discipline (BSW/MSW preferred). - 2 years of experience in the social sector or community outreach roles. - Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in community work are encouraged to apply.
