Project Consultant

As an Onsite Project Consultant at Verkora, you will have the opportunity to work directly with client manufacturers, identifying operational gaps, implementing structured processes, building performance dashboards, and supporting them in scaling with global standards. Key Responsibilities: - Identify operational gaps within client manufacturing setups - Implement structured processes to improve efficiency and performance - Build performance dashboards to track key metrics - Support client manufacturers in scaling their operations to meet global standards Qualifications Required: - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Exposure to Lean, 5S, Kaizen, or TPM methodologies (preferred but not mandatory) - Practical knowledge of production planning, quality tools, or ERP systems - Hands-on approach with confidence in guiding and training shop floor teams - Ability to handle ambiguity, manage projects independently, and lead with empathy - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic project management tools If you are an engineering graduate (preferably in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial), with a minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, quality, or industrial consulting, and are eager to step into or grow in a consulting/empowerment role, we encourage you to apply.
