Project Consultant

Job Summary We are looking for an IT Project Consultant who can identify, acquire, and manage IT projects from clients. The role focuses on business development, client coordination, and project sourcing. The consultant will act as a bridge between clients and our technical team and will earn commission for every successfully closed project. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential clients for IT projects Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions Coordinate between clients and the technical development team Assist in project scoping, pricing, and contract discussions Ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle Maintain long-term client relationships Earn commission based on successful project closures Required Qualifications Experience in IT project sourcing, sales, or consulting Basic understanding of IT services (web development, mobile apps, software, cloud, etc.) Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills Ability to bring in IT projects independently Professional network or client base is a plus Preferred Skills Background in IT sales or business development Knowledge of software development processes Experience working with international clients Ability to work on a commission-based model What We Offer Attractive commission structure per project Flexible working hours Opportunity to work remotely Long-term partnership opportunities
