Your key responsibilities
- Supporting drafting of tender documents, including RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and TORs
- Assisting in bid structuring, evaluation criteria preparation, and documentation for procurement processes
- Managing bid process activities such as pre-bid meetings, clarifications, bidder communication, and response compilation
- Coordinating with legal, finance, and technical teams for finalization of procurement documents
- Maintaining procurement files, bidder correspondence, and compliance records
- Preparing MoMs, presentations, briefs, and periodic status reports
- Assisting in drafting proposals, DPR support documents, and project communication materials
- Organizing and maintaining structured project documentation and tracker

- Coordinating with government officials, consultants, vendors, and internal teams

- Scheduling reviews, sharing documents, and managing communication flows
