Project Consultant

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Consultant with a strong background in Government Consulting to lead and support a variety of strategic projects, particularly related to investment summits, market linkage activities, and government engagements. The role requires an individual who is adept at managing complex projects, liaising with government agencies, and supporting the development of public-private partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Government Consulting:
• Provide expert advice on navigating government policies, regulations, and procedures for public sector projects.
• Advise clients on government strategies and initiatives, helping to align their projects with national and regional development goals.
• Lead the preparation of proposals, reports, and strategic plans for government-related projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with government officials, regulators, and other key stakeholders.
• Market Linkage Activities:
• Support market linkage initiatives to connect local businesses with international markets and potential investors.
• Identify key stakeholders and partners for market linkages (including suppliers, buyers, and industry leaders).
• Work closely with government agencies to design and implement market linkage strategies that support business growth and investment.
• Analyze market trends and provide recommendations for market entry or expansion strategies.
• Project Management:
• Oversee the development and execution of project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Provide strategic direction and guidance on project design, execution, and reporting.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of projects to ensure alignment with objectives and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks when implementing government-funded projects.
• Policy Advocacy & Development:
• Support the development and advocacy of policies that enhance the environment for investment and market linkages.
• Contribute to the creation of public policy recommendations in alignment with global best practices.
• Stay informed about national and international trends that may impact government policy or market conditions.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Prepare detailed reports on project progress, market linkage activities, and investment outcomes.
• Develop comprehensive policy briefs, research papers, and strategic recommendations for government clients.
• Ensure that all documentation adheres to quality standards and is compliant with contractual agreements.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Education:
• MSW, MBA, MA in Sociology, Economics, Political Science, Public Policy, Development Studies, Anthropology, or related fields.
• Experience:
• 2-5 years of experience in government consulting, public sector projects, or related roles, with expertise in investment summits and market linkage activities, or industry-specific conferences is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in managing government-client relationships and public-private partnerships.
• Strong understanding of government policies, regulations, and investment strategies.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
