Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated and experienced Project Coordinators to join our team at Sister Margaret Foundation, a leading organization in the NGO sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination and management, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines.
Develop and implement effective project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including program managers, staff, and stakeholders, to achieve project goals.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in an NGO or social services setting.
Strong understanding of project planning, implementation, and evaluation principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with industry associations and trends in social services is desirable.
Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or training programs are an asset.
