Key Responsibilities:

Lead hotel projects from concept to execution stage
Coordinate with clients, MEP consultants, structural engineers, PMC teams, and hotel operators
Ensure timely delivery, design integrity, and adherence to project timelines
Conduct site visits, manage execution teams, and address design issues in real-time
Review and manage working drawings, BOQs, and consultant deliverables

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in hospitality/hotel projects
Strong project coordination and client management skills
Ability to independently handle consultants and site coordination
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and related tools
Must submit a project portfolio with the application
