Job Description We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced architect to oversee and manage architectural and interior design projects from concept to execution. This role is crucial in ensuring design excellence, timely delivery, and client satisfaction. The senior architect will guide a talented group of architects while working closely with clients and consultants to bring visionary projects to life. Key Responsibilities: · Lead and manage project teams through all phases of design and execution. · Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met. · Oversee the development of architectural concepts, presentations, and working drawings. · Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations. · Review and approve drawings, material selections, and design documents. · Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently. · Mentor junior staff and contribute to team growth and development. · Facilitate regular design reviews and team meetings to ensure quality and progress. Required Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field. (B.Arch) · Minimum of 3 years of professional experience excluding internship. · Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, Excel etc. · Strong understanding of construction methods and detailing. · Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
