Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to oversee project execution, ensure adherence to schedules, and manage resources efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring all aspects of project execution while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements. Key Responsibilities 1. Align all resources to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly project schedule targets, taking corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely delivery. 2. Ensure accurate monthly preparation and processing of vendor bills (labor and materials). 3. Attend and prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOM) for client/consultant and internal review meetings. 4. Handle all contractual correspondence as per defined internal standards and maintain proper documentation. 5. Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards throughout project execution. 6. Coordinate with architectural agencies, structural consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and quality project completion. 7. Prepare bar charts, project schedules, and work order documentation for different project phases. 8. Facilitate seamless coordination among various agencies involved to ensure continuous progress. 9. Verify and approve vendor bills before submitting them to the head office for further processing. 10. Conduct initial planning, cost estimation, and programming for new projects within the plant. 11. Gather insights from surrounding projects for better planning and designing. 12. Arrange next-day planning in advance, ensuring procurement of necessary materials and labor. 13. Address practical challenges during execution and provide suitable solutions. 14. Conduct rate analysis of various project items to optimize costs. 15. Oversee contract closure and ensure smooth handover of completed work. Qualifications & Skills Technical Skills: 1. Microsoft Project 2. PPM (Project Planning & Management) 3. AutoCAD 4.
