Project Architect

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Architect to lead medium to large-scale projects from concept through execution. The ideal candidate should bring a strong sense of design, technical rigor, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural projects from conceptualization through construction documentation and execution.
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, clients, and contractors to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.
• Develop presentation materials, check working drawings, GFCs, and detail documentation.
• Oversee site implementation to ensure alignment with design and quality benchmarks.
• Ensure timely delivery of project stages with effective time and resource management.
• Guide and mentor junior team members in both creative and technical aspects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in design and project management.
• Strong communication and coordination skills—both visual and verbal.
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.
• Deep understanding of materials, detailing, and building systems.
• Experience handling site execution and consultant coordination.
• A keen design eye and ability to work within luxury design language.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
