Founded by Principal Architect and Urban Planner Sumit Tripathi, the firm specializes in Architecture, Urban Planning, Master Planning, Site Planning, Engineering, and Interior Design. Space Edge Consultants has further expanded its services to include Project Planning & Development Studies and Environmental Design. The company thrives on delivering innovative and sustainable solutions tailored to diverse client needs.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect based in New Delhi. The Project Architect will oversee architectural designs, manage project plans, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality execution of projects. Key tasks include handling project submittals, employing Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools, ensuring compliance with green building standards (LEED), and conducting quality assessments at various project stages.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Architecture principles, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and Submittal processes
Knowledge or certification in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards
Strong skills in Project Management, including the ability to oversee design processes and ensure timely delivery
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to sustainability in design
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
Experience with interior and urban planning is a plus
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
