Project Architect

Role Overview: As an Architecture and Interior design fit-outs industry professional with 8-10 years of relevant experience in commercial Design and Build fit-out projects, you will oversee the complete project lifecycle from the design stage to final execution, handing over, and post-occupancy troubleshooting. Working closely with the design and projects team, you will act as the point of contact for clients and their project teams. Specific experience in Interiors fit-out industry, especially Turnkey corporate fit-out projects, is preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and projects team, taking ownership of the project. - Design construction documents, project management, and participate in client meetings. - Act as the point of contact for all technical issues and conflict resolution. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent experience in Architecture and Interior design Fit-outs industry. - Proficiency in all related software and excellent problem-solving skills. - Strong technical expertise related to design and construction.,
