Project Architect

As a Project Architect at our company, you will play a crucial role in project management, design coordination, and client engagement. Your main responsibilities will include: - Leading coordination among design consultants, internal teams, clients, and contractors. - Overseeing design development from concept to execution, focusing on timely approvals and clarity in deliverables. - Translating client requirements into actionable project strategies. - Conducting regular site inspections and design reviews with client teams. - Preparing and managing project schedules, drawings submittals, and progress reports. - Resolving on-site technical issues in collaboration with consultants and vendors. - Ensuring all designs align with regulatory requirements, budget, and project goals. - Maintaining detailed documentation of decisions, revisions, and coordination efforts. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch), M.Arch preferred. - 3-5 years of experience in architectural project management and client coordination. - Strong understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, and construction processes. - Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Excel, and presentation tools. - Experience in managing high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects is a plus.,
