Job Description

We are seeking a Project Architect with strong experience in project management, design coordination, and client engagement to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a critical bridge between design intent and project execution, ensuring smooth communication between all stakeholders and timely delivery of project milestones. Key Responsibilities: Lead coordination between design consultants, internal teams, clients, and contractors. Oversee design development from concept to execution with a focus on timely approvals and clarity in deliverables. Translate client requirements into actionable project strategies. Conduct regular site inspections and design reviews with client teams. Prepare and manage project schedules, drawings submittals, and progress reports. Resolve on-site technical issues in collaboration with consultants and vendors. Ensure all designs align with regulatory requirements, budget, and project goals. Maintain detailed documentation of decisions, revisions, and coordination efforts. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch), M.Arch preferred. 3-5 years of experience in architectural project management and client coordination. Strong understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, and construction processes. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Excel, and presentation tools. Experience in managing high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects is a plus. Show more Show less
