Hiring: Early Years Programme Lead Location:📍 Bangalore | Hyderabad | Pune (Hinjewadi) | Gujarat (Dahej) Work Timings:🕘 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Qualification:🎓 Degree in Early Childhood Education (NTT / Montessori / ECE / CIDTT trained) — Mandatory Experience:✅ Minimum 6 years in the preschool industry ✅ Minimum 2 years of preschool teaching experience About the Role:We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Early Years Programme Lead (Curriculum Specialist) to drive excellence in early childhood education across our centres. This role focuses on curriculum implementation, teacher mentoring, academic quality monitoring, and ensuring enriching classroom environments for young learners. Key Responsibilities:Academic & Curriculum Leadership Oversee curriculum delivery across centres to ensure alignment with established standards. Approve lesson plans, monitor implementation, and assess classroom effectiveness. Develop system-wide curricular goals, evaluation methods, and enrichment programs. Provide ongoing mentoring and hands-on classroom coaching for teachers. Guide facilitators in developing assessments, report cards, diaries, and portfolios. Teacher Training & Development Conduct training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job coaching for teachers. Identify learning needs of facilitators and recommend suitable professional development. Conduct performance reviews and appraisals for preschool facilitators. Centre & Operations Support Collaborate with Centre Directors, Admin teams, and Cluster Operations Managers for smooth operations. Ensure compliance with safety, facility, and HR standards. Participate in staff and departmental meetings to address operational and academic needs. Parent & Community Engagement Lead presentations during Parent Orientations, Open Houses, and PTMs. Foster strong parent-school communication and engagement. Continuous Improvement Maintain up-to-date knowledge of early childhood education practices. Introduce data-driven decision-making to enhance learning outcomes.
