The ideal candidates will be warm, responsible, creative, and professional, committed to delivering high-quality early education. 🌟 Key Responsibilities: For Teachers & Head Teachers: Maintain accurate reports and developmental records for every child. Plan and execute age-appropriate and enriching activities. Ensure classrooms are vibrant with displays, learning resources, and safe hygiene practices. Regularly assess and observe children’s progress. Plan and execute events, celebrations, and educational trips. Ensure smooth communication with parents, both during PTCs and as needed. Keep children engaged and constructively occupied throughout the day. Coordinate with curriculum teams and implement approved lesson plans. For Head Teachers (in addition to above):Provide guidance and feedback to Assistant Teachers and support staff. Act as a role model, upholding center values and professional conduct. Support team members by offering guidance and mentorship. Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and wellbeing standards at all times.
