This is a hybrid role combining: Social Media Management/ School Software Handling / School Store Inventory management Responsibilities: Manage and grow school presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc. Design and post engaging content (events, updates, announcements). Coordinate with academic and admin teams for photo/video content. Respond to inquiries and comments with professionalism and warmth. Generate attendance, academic, and payment reports. Train and support staff in using software efficiently. Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting to management. Manage stock of uniforms, books, and student supplies. Handle purchase and reorder based on demand. Maintain inventory records and ensure timely issue of items Desired Skills and Qualifications: Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in a similar multi-tasking role. Proficient in Canva, Excel, social media tools, and basic accounting. Experience with school ERPs (Fedena, Entab, Teachmint, etc.) is a bonus. Fluent in English; Hindi/Kannada a plus. Strong time management, coordination, and communication skills. Creative mindset with an eye for branding and quality.
