As a Shri Educator at The Shri Ram Wonder Years, Faridabad Sector-20A, your role involves adding the 'fun' in learning and ensuring that each child enjoys their school experience. You will be responsible for collaborating with the team, upholding the school's culture and values, and contributing to monthly planning and curriculum. Your ability to form connections with students and create a happy school environment will be crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals. - Promote the school's culture, mission statement, and core values. - Contribute to monthly planning and curriculum development. - Build and maintain positive parent/pupil relationships. - Assist in planning and executing school events and functions. - Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and activities. - Communicate effectively with parents and guardians. - Maintain records of children's progress, behavior, and interests. - Participate in personal development sessions for individual and team growth. - Ensure the safety and well-being of all students. - Notify the Principal of any child's illness, long leave, or trauma and provide necessary support. - Provide a variety of materials and resources for children's learning and play. Qualifications Required: - Graduation degree. - NTT/NPTT, Montessori, ECCE certification. Key Skills: - Creativity, patience, and interpersonal skills. - Teamwork and collaborative thinking. - Strong planning, organization, and time management abilities. - Good communication and problem-solving skills. - Understanding of child development milestones. - Knowledge of early education curriculum and pedagogy. - Basic tech-savviness with MS Office skills.
