Program Service Manager (Tour Leader Manager)

As a Program Service Manager / Tour Leader Training Manager for South India & Sri Lanka programs at Grand Circle Travel India Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve hiring, training, and driving performance of the Trip leaders who lead Senior Americans on Land tours in South India and Sri Lanka. You will report to the Country Manager India. **Key Responsibilities:** - Hire, train, and drive performance of Trip Leaders - Develop hiring and training plans for high-performing Trip Leaders - Conduct Trip leader meetings and training sessions - Provide live coaching and support to Trip Leaders - Manage administrative duties, including analyzing passenger quality reports and creating coaching plans **Qualifications Required:** - 3+ years experience in hiring, training, coaching, and managing team performances - Strong leadership skills with flexibility, creativity, and organization - Well-versed with South India and Sri Lanka - Ability to motivate people and build relationships based on trust and respect - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, databases, and excellent English language skills - Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time - Experience in public speaking and presentation In addition to a competitive salary package, 5-day work week, and 18 days of vacation, Grand Circle offers Health and Accident Insurance, Incentive Bonus, Personal and Professional Growth opportunities, Milestone Bonus, Referral Bonus, and Full training program onsite.
