As the Program Service Manager / Tour Leader Training Manager / Coach for South India & Sri Lanka programs at Grand Circle Travel India Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in hiring, training, and driving the performance of Trip Leaders leading Senior Americans on land tours in South India and Sri Lanka. Reporting to the Country Manager India, you will be responsible for developing hiring and training plans, leading training sessions, and providing continuous coaching and support to ensure the achievement of Regional Excellence Goals. The ability to travel up to 50% of the time and confidence in public speaking and presentations are also required.
